Choosing to take revenge on Dimitri instead of accepting his deal will have Jimmy Pegorino show up at Roman and Mallorie's wedding. Pegorino will perform a drive-by shooting with his Assault Rifle, shooting Kate McReary in the process, who succumbs to her wounds. The wedding ends in tragedy, and the mission "Out of Commission" will become available.
- This is one of the final storyline missions in Grand Theft Auto IV, triggered when the "Revenge" ending is chosen.
