Rigged to Blow is a main story mission in Grand Theft Auto IV, given by Mikhail Faustin.
It's the 20° GTA IV mission in chronological order, and it takes place in Broker / Dukes.
Faustin orders Niko to blow up one of Kenny Petrovic's garages using a bomb truck.
- Roman will call Niko, asking him to go drinking. This is purely an ironic joke.
