Luigi's Girls is a main story mission in GTA 3, given to Claude by Luigi Goterelli.
It's the 2° mission in GTA III in chronological order, and it takes place in Portland. It becomes available after completing Give Me Liberty.
Luigi asks Claude to pick up one of his girls, Misty, from the clinic.
