The Declasse Tulip is a Muscle Car featured in GTA Online on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, added to the game as part of the update on January 15, 2019.

This vehicle also appears in Grand Theft Auto VI.

How to get the Tulip in GTA Online:

While it could be purchased in the past, the Tulip has been removed from the in-game stores in June 2023, and currently it can no longer be purchased in GTA Online. Its price was $718,000.

However, you can still get the Tulip from other players at the LS Car Meet, where it's possible to buy a copy of someone else's vehicle.

The removed vehicles may be made available in a weekly rotation at the following places:

  • The Lucky Wheel's Podium Vehicle (1 spot)
  • LS Car Meet Prize Ride & Test Rides (4 spots)
  • Simeon's Showroom (5 spots)
  • Luxury Autos Showroom (2 spots)
  • The Vinewood Car Club (10 spots - GTA+ members only)

The Tulip can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.

Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Tulip from the Mechanic.

The Tulip can also appear as one of the vehicles that must be stolen and delivered for the "Exotic Exports" side mission, triggered from the player's Auto Shop property.

Declasse Tulip in Real Life:

The design of the Declasse Tulip is based on a real life 1972 Chevelle Malibu, 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme.

Declasse Tulip Top Speed:

The actual top speed of the Tulip in GTA V is 112.75 mph (181.45 km/h) when it's fully upgraded, as it's been accurately tested in-game by Broughy1322.

Can you sell the Tulip in GTA Online?

Yes, you can sell the Tulip at Los Santos Customs for a resale price of $430,800 (60% of the original purchase), plus 50% of the value of your upgrades.

Tulip Description:

Can you believe something this beautiful was once built and sold for nothing more than Joe Lunchbucket's paycheck? Sure, the Seventies were a crazy time, but what the hell was that about? Luckily for you, civilization is back on track, and these days Joe's food stamps don't count for much when you and the rest of the one percent are dropping last night's poker chips for a slice of his pawpaw's blue-collar chic.
