The Imponte Ruiner is a Muscle Car featured in Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online.

This vehicle also appears in Grand Theft Auto VI and Grand Theft Auto IV.

How to get the Ruiner in GTA 5 Story Mode:

In GTA V Story Mode, the Ruiner can only be found and stolen (see the spawn locations in the "Appearances" section below). It is not available for purchase.

How to get the Ruiner in GTA Online:

The Ruiner can be simply found and stolen on the street (see the spawn locations in the "Appearances" section below), or it can be purchased for a price of $10,000.

The Ruiner can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.

Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Ruiner from the Mechanic.

NB: Previously only stealable, the Ruiner was also made available for purchase in GTA Online on October 9, 2018. However, it has been removed from the purchasable list of vehicles on June 13, 2023 - but it can still be stolen off the street.

The Ruiner can also appear as one of the vehicles that must be stolen and delivered for the "Exotic Exports" side mission, triggered from the player's Auto Shop property.

Imponte Ruiner in Real Life:

The design of the Imponte Ruiner is based on a real life Pontiac Trans Am/Chevrolet Camaro.

Imponte Ruiner Top Speed:

The actual top speed of the Ruiner in GTA V is 118.75 mph (191.11 km/h) when it's fully upgraded, as it's been accurately tested in-game by Broughy1322.

Can you sell the Ruiner in GTA Online?

Yes, it's possible to sell the Ruiner. If you purchased the vehicle, you can sell it for a resale price of $6,000 (60% of the original purchase), plus 50% of the value of your upgrades. Otherwise, if you stole the Ruiner from the street, you can sell it for $1,000.

There is also a pre-modified NPC variant of the Ruiner that can be stolen and sold for a much higher resale value of $9,675.

Ruiner Description:

What happened in the 80's stays in the 80's. Unless what happened is a little slice of quad-exhaust, side-striped, T-Top heaven - in which case break out the big hair and the trickle-down economics, because we're going to town.
