David, better known as English Dave is an associate of Tony Prince, enlisted by Tony and the GTA Online Protagonist to help with setting up a successful nightclub in Los Santos.
Dave has a very "British" personality. He speaks in a strong cockney accent, using British slang or phases during dialogue, and commonly refers to the city of London. He is a laid-back and peaceful person, and can be extremely spiritual at times. He is a cocaine addict, mentioning having failed rehab multiple times.
He appears in Grand Theft Auto: Online, both during the events of the After Hours update and the Cayo Perico Heist.
