Hidden Packages are a Side Mission that players can perform in GTA Vice City.
This is an optional endeavor, but it is required for 100% completion of the game. It's not time-sensitive, meaning it can be played at any point, even after the main storyline is completed.
This side activity is also present in GTA 3, GTA Liberty City Stories and GTA Advance.
Hidden Packages - Mission Details:
Each Grand Theft Auto game has collectibles that the player needs to find across the map. In GTA Vice City, there are 100 hidden packages represented by tiki statues that can be found throughout Vice City.
Hidden Packages: Rewards
Every 10 packages collected, the player will be rewarded with a new weapon or vehicle spawning at their Safehouses. The 100th package also awards the player with a monetary reward of $100,000.
- 10 Packages: Body Armor
- 20 Packages: Chainsaw
- 30 Packages: Colt Phython
- 40 Packages: Flamethrower
- 50 Packages: Combat Sniper
- 60 Packages: Minigun
- 70 Packages: Rocket Launcher
- 80 Packages: Sea Sparrow (Vercetti Estate)
- 90 Packages: Rhino (Fort Baxter Air Base)
- 100 Packages: Hunter (Fort Baxter Air Base & Ocean Beach Helipad) + $100,000
Collecting all packages is required for 100% completion of the game.
