The Ocelot XA-21 is an hybrid-electric Super Car featured in GTA Online on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, added to the game as part of the 1.40 Gunrunning Pack update on August 15, 2017.
How to get the XA-21 in GTA Online:
While it could be purchased in the past, the XA-21 has been removed from the in-game stores in June 2023, and currently it can no longer be purchased in GTA Online. Its price was $2,375,000.
However, you can still get the XA-21 from other players at the LS Car Meet, where it's possible to buy a copy of someone else's vehicle.
The removed vehicles may be made available in a weekly rotation at the following places:
- The Lucky Wheel's Podium Vehicle (1 spot)
- LS Car Meet Prize Ride & Test Rides (4 spots)
- Simeon's Showroom (5 spots)
- Luxury Autos Showroom (2 spots)
- The Vinewood Car Club (10 spots - GTA+ members only)
The XA-21 can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.
Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the XA-21 from the Mechanic.
The XA-21 can also appear as one of the vehicles that must be stolen and delivered for the "Exotic Exports" side mission, triggered from the player's Auto Shop property.

The design of the Ocelot XA-21 is based on a real life Jaguar C-X75, McLaren P1, Maserati GranTurismo, Koenigsegg Regera.

The actual top speed of the XA-21 in GTA V is 122.50 mph (197.14 km/h) when it's fully upgraded, as it's been accurately tested in-game by Broughy1322.
Can you sell the XA-21 in GTA Online?
Yes, you can sell the XA-21 at Los Santos Customs for a resale price of $1,425,000 (60% of the original purchase), plus 50% of the value of your upgrades.
