The Xero Blimp is a variant of the standard Blimp base model.

How to get the Xero Blimp in GTA 5 Story Mode:

The Xero Blimp can be ordered for delivery from the in-game phone, and then picked up at the location given on the map (either Vinewood Racetrack or Los Santos International Airport).

This vehicle is exclusive for players returning from the PS3 / Xbox 360 editions of GTA V, to the Next Gen (PS4 / Xbox One / PC) editions of the game.
