The Übermacht Cypher is a Sports and Tuners Car featured in GTA Online on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, added to the game as part of the 1.57 Los Santos Tuners update on September 2, 2021.
This is one of the few vehicles eligible for the special Drift Tuning Modification at the LS Car Meet. It's important to note that applying this upgrade disables any other performance upgrades. So you should only apply this modification if you'd like to have it in Freemode, as during Drift Races your custom cars will have the same performance as stock cars.
As a Tuners vehicle, the Cypher can be set to a Lowered Vehicle Stance and have Low Grip Tires applied at the LS Car Meet, which make the car slide more when drifting.
This vehicle also appears in GTA 6.
How to get the Cypher in GTA Online:
The Cypher can be purchased in GTA Online from Legendary Motorsport for a price of $1,550,000.
The Cypher can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs and LS Car Meet Mod Shop. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.
Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Cypher from the Mechanic.
How to unlock the Cypher Trade Price?
A trade price of $1,162,500 (Discounted)* can be unlocked for the Cypher.
*The discounted Trade Price for the Los Santos Tuners vehicles are unlocked randomly, a new vehicle's Trade Price being unlocked every 5 Reputation Levels.

The design of the Übermacht Cypher is based on a real life BMW M2 (F87) with some design cues from the BMW M6 (F13) and BMW M8 (F92).
