The Woman With No Name appears as a Major Character in Red Dead Online, introduced as part of the 1.26 Bounty Hunters update on January 12, 2020.

At some point during the events of Read Dead Online, she was hired by Leigh Gray to kill and capture the Twin Rocks gang. She is first seen arriving in Rhodes driving a wagon carrying the corpses of her victims. 

She then asks the protagonist if they want to become a bounty hunter, and that they can buy a license from any sheriff.
