Open a nightclub and turn it into the hottest party in town, while using it as a front for managing your shadier income sources. Ideal for anyone looking to expand their business empire in the future.
Nightclubs are the beating heart of Los Santos’ nightlife scene. Choose your Club’s location, build its popularity, pick resident DJs, and use your circle of influence to promote your spot as the best in town, all while disrupting your rivals and socializing with friends in the VIP section. Beyond the dance floor, your Club can also store other illicit goods and serve as an operations hub.
Getting Setup

Visit the T icon on your map to chat with club scene legend Tony Prince and get started as a Nightclub mogul. From there, choose from ten different Nightclub locations on Maze Bank Foreclosures — each can be customized with lighting rigs, dry ice, and dancers to elevate the vibe of the space to your exact specifications. On the business end, there is also extra floor space available both for garage and storage for a variety of Goods types.
There’s some setup to be done after purchasing a Nightclub and meeting with local nightlife impresario Tony Prince — namely picking up poached talent from other establishments and collecting necessary equipment. Once those are done and dusted, Solomun — your first DJ contact — will be ready for pickup from Los Santos International Airport.
Management, Popularity, and Upgrades

The computer terminals inside your upstairs office and in the basement handle all Nightclub operations. The Nightclub Management site monitors your Club’s current Popularity level, clientele, daily income, safe capacity, and celebrity appearances, among other stats.
Managing your Club will help maintain and improve its popularity and status in Los Santos, mostly by promoting the spot and its resident DJs. Completing Club Management Missions in Freemode will keep your Popularity afloat, though some methods are more legally sound than others.
The more popular your Club, the more packed it will become and the bigger your daily income will be. You can collect your passive income by visiting the hidden Safe located in the wall opposite your desk in the upstairs Office.
You can make changes to your Club from these computers, too: Equipment, Staff, and Security upgrades will all help create a more formidable clubbing experience. Staff upgrades will diminish the rate at which your Club loses popularity, for example.
Dancing and DJs

Any Club worth its salt needs a selector behind the decks: a Resident DJ with name recognition will bring a throng of loyal fans to fill your dance floor around the clock. You can use your office computer to hire one of four Resident DJs — Solomun, Tale of Us, Dixon, or The Blessed Madonna — to set up shop behind the ones-and-twos.
Once the DJ’s all set up, hit the dance floor with your friends and let loose. Your Club’s access levels, dress code, and more can be changed from the Nightclub Management tab in your Interaction Menu. Meanwhile, once you're cutting shapes, you can control the intensity, direction, and action of your dance moves using the menu in the top left corner of the screen.
Warehouse Management and Selling

Beneath the Nightclub, your Warehouse Technicians can passively accrue additional Goods from your Gunrunning, Biker or Special Cargo businesses. Accessing your Nightclub Warehouse is as easy as entering the elevator in the office or garage. Your Goods can be reviewed either in person or by using the computers in the basement and your Office.
Hire additional Warehouse Technicians and assign them to specific types of Goods to prioritize certain businesses. Once you’ve amassed enough stock, complete delivery missions to turn a profit. The more Technicians you have, the more Goods you can accrue at once.
Terrorbyte and Delivery Vehicles

The Nightclub can also store the Benefactor Terrorbyte — a roving nerve center available for purchase from Warstock Cache & Carry that can be customized with a Drone Station, Weapons Workshop, and a specialized workshop dedicated to the customization of the Pegassi Oppressor Mk II.
The Terrorbyte also contains a touchscreen computer that gives you access to Client Jobs — infiltrate LifeInvader with the drone to hack and secure data, disrupt alarm systems to steal precious jewels, steal from bank robbers, and more.
Source and Resupply Missions from existing businesses can be launched from this location as well, giving you a single location to keep your operations in check.
Nightclub Owner Tips

Earn an extra 25% on your sales by looking out for Special Orders, which require a specific combination of different Goods types and quantities.
Keep an eye out for Business Battles happening in Freemode which often award Goods for your Nightclub Warehouse.
When delivering and selling Goods, a fast and tough vehicle is helpful in making sure your haul reaches its target destination intact. Customize your delivery vehicles with armor, weapons, and engine upgrades using your Nightclub’s Weaponized Vehicle Workshop.
