RC Missions are a Side Mission in GTA Liberty City Stories.

This is an optional endeavor, but it is required for 100% completion of the game. It's not time-sensitive, meaning it can be played at any point, even after the main storyline is completed.

This side activity is also present in GTA San Andreas, GTA Vice City and Grand Theft Auto III.

RC Missions - Mission Details:

In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, the player can access several RC Toys challenges which involve using a Remote-Controlled Vehicle to complete tasks. This article is a complete guide for Liberty City's Chasin' RC, Ragin' RC, Thrashin' RC and the RC Triad Take-Down side missions.

RC Missions: Chasin' RC

Chasin' RC GTA: LCS side mission
This RC race is the easiest of the three, as the driving surface is smooth and flat. The played needs to drive an RC Bandit, a miniature toy version of the Bobcat. There are three ramps that the player needs to jump over, and thus has to adjust the speed and angle taken in order to not flip the RC Truck.

RC Missions: Thrashin' RC

Thrashin' RC GTA: LCS side mission
This RC race requires the player to race an RC Bandit, a miniature toy version of the Bobcat, through Hepburn Heights on Portland Island. Initially, the race has one lap, but every time the mission is passed and replayed, an extra lap is added.

RC Missions: Ragin' RC

Ragin' RC GTA: LCS side mission
This RC race is the hardest of the three RC races, and requires the player to race an RC Bandit, a miniature toy version of the Bobcat, through Belleville Park. The terrain is hilly and contains a difficult-to-pass bridge. In order to fully complete the mission, three levels must be passed. Completing one level earns the player $1,000, completing the second awards $1,500, while the third awards $2,000. Successfully completing the mission gives the player an extra $500. (On PSP, only one level must be completed and awards $1,500)

RC Missions: RC Triad Take-Down

RC Triad Take Down GTA: LCS side mission
The mission requires the player to kill as many Triads as possible using the RC Bandit, a miniature version of the Bobcat, in a time limit. Each Triad kill gives a time bonus, allowing the player an extra 3 seconds of game time. Successfully completing the mission awards $1,000 and points towards 100% game completion. Further attempts of the mission will require the player to beat their high score rather than take down 20 Triads.
