The Mammatus is stored as a Pegasus Vehicle or in the Hangar (Personal Aircraft). It can only be resprayed and cannot be further modified.
Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Mammatus from the Pegasus Concierge, Interaction Menu - Aircraft.
