After Billy tries to hand Johnny and Jim to the triads, he is arrested by the police and Johnny becomes chapter president once again.

- Until playing another mission, there will be no-one available to play Hi-Lo or to arm wrestle at the clubhouse.

- Take out the Triads.
- Go to the front of the building.
- Go to your bike.
- You are now Chapter President.
- Lead the group back to your turf.
