The Kortz Center Heist is a Heist in GTA Online, given by Mr. Faber and Raf De Angelis and associated to the Mansions property.
This job has been added to the game as part of the 1.73 Kortz Center Heist update on July 14, 2026, and is available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
This is a Solo or Co-Op mode that can be played by 1 to 4 players.
Perched on the hills of Pacific Bluffs, the world-famous Kortz Center looms large over the Los Santos cultural scene. Priceless international works of art have adorned its hallways for years, and now the time has come to raid this prestigious gallery’s esteemed collection for personal gain in The Kortz Center Heist.
Set in the hills of Pacific Bluffs, the iconic Kortz Center has long been one of Los Santos' most prestigious cultural landmarks, housing valuable works of art from around the world. In this new heist, players will have the opportunity to target the gallery's prized collection and execute a major art theft for a substantial payday.
To get started, players will need to purchase and upgrade a Mansion property with the new Art Studio extension. From there, you'll be able to scope out the Kortz Center, gather intelligence, and choose an approach for this multi-stage heist.
Players will team up with the mysterious Mr. Faber and his fixer, Raf De Angelis, to plan and execute this carefully orchestrated museum robbery - with multiple approaches and escape routes available, as well as custom loadouts.
The Kortz Center Heist: Preparations

Purchase an Art Studio
To host and launch The Kortz Center Heist, you'll first need to own a Mansion and purchase the new Art Studio property upgrade, which serves as your base of operations.
Once acquired, expert counterfeiter Yong-Rae will work from the studio, creating convincing replicas to replace the original paintings you'll be stealing from the museum.
As you progress through setup missions, new equipment and weapons will become available inside the Art Studio, giving you the freedom to customize your loadout before launching the finale.
Note: You can join up as a member of a Heist hosted by another player without owning a Mansion or the Art Studio.
Other Properties Benefits
Plus, owning many existing properties and resources can provide helpful benefits while you're in the heat of the Finale:
- Having the Mansion Armory will add a powerful Mk II weapon to each of your Heist loadouts.
- Having the Mansion Vehicle Workshop will improve performance for certain getaway vehicles.
- The Mansion Security staff will aid in distracting police during your escape, reducing your Wanted level.
- Owning a Bunker adds Special Ammo and Upgrades to the Mk II weapon included with the Mansion Armory.
- Owning an Agency, the Darnell Bros. Garment Factory, or a Terrorbyte grants additional time to steal the Primary Target Painting in the Vault.
- Having an Arcade Drone Station will make its Nano Drones available to assist during the Finale.
Solo or Co-Op Gameplay
The Kortz Center Heist can be completed solo or with a team of up to four players.
While it's possible to tackle the operation alone, bringing additional crew members makes it easier to collect more loot and complete objectives efficiently.
Throughout the Heist, Raf De Angelis will provide intelligence and mission support, while your Mansion's AI Assistant will also play a role during the planning and execution stages.
Scope the Museum Before the Heist
Before launching the final robbery, you'll need to visit the Kortz Center in Pacific Bluffs to gather intelligence. During this reconnaissance phase, players can inspect the exhibition, photograph target paintings without attracting attention, identify secondary loot, and uncover multiple entry and escape routes.
The museum contains a large selection of valuable artwork beyond the primary objective, allowing players to significantly increase their final payout by stealing additional paintings.
Taking the time to fully scope the location will reveal more opportunities and help maximize your earnings.
The Kortz Center Heist: Finale

Stay Undetected for Maximum Profit
Keeping a low profile is more important than ever. Paintings linked to an obvious theft will be worth less when sold, meaning players are rewarded for completing the Heist as cleanly as possible.
Avoiding witnesses, removing CCTV evidence, and escaping without raising suspicion will all contribute to a larger final payout.
The first completion features a specific painting requested by Mr. Faber and an additional cutscene.
After that, three new paintings will rotate into the Heist each week, giving players fresh rewards to chase and adding even more replayability for collectors looking to build an impressive private gallery.
Sell the Paintings Or Keep Them for Yourself
There is a weekly bonus for the first Primary Target sold after completing The Kortz Center Heist each week.
Subsequent playthroughs will saturate the market and lead to buyer fatigue along with decreased payouts.
Instead of selling every Primary Target to Mr. Faber's buyers, players can choose to keep stolen artwork to decorate their Mansion.
