Rigged to Blow is an optional Pay Phone mission in GTA 3, given to Claude by D-Ice.
It's the 60° mission in GTA III in chronological order, and it takes place in Shoreside Vale. It becomes available after completing Toyminator.
This is an optional mission, but it is required for 100% completion of the game.
A car rigged with a bomb needs defusing.

- Get to the garage but watch out if the car takes too much damage it will blow!
- Get the car repaired!
- Take the car back it has to be in perfect condition - no damage!
- Get out of the vehicle!
