The Vigero can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.

Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Vigero from the Mechanic.

NB: The Vigero has been removed from the purchasable list of vehicles on June 13, 2023 - but it can still be stolen off the street.

Yes, it's possible to sell the Vigero. If you purchased the vehicle, you can sell it for a resale price of $12,600 (60% of the original purchase), plus 10% of the value of your upgrades. Otherwise, if you stole the Vigero from the street, you can sell it for $2,100.
