The Fridgit Annexe can be purchased from SecuroServ for a price of $925,000.
You must be the CEO of an Organization and own an Office in order to buy a Warehouse via the SecuroServ Special Cargo Network, which can be accessed at the computer on the desk in the Office.
Whether you need a place to stash a trunk full of body parts or keep a perfectly chilled case of beer, setting up shop next to a cold storage facility has its benefits.
Warehouses are purchasable through the Office laptop, and they are used for the Special Cargo business. There are 3 sizes of Warehouse: Small, Medium, and Large, which differ in capacity.
