The Legendary Bullhead Catfish has been sighted around Sisika Penitentiary. Fishermen say that the only way this fish can be caught is by using Special River Lures. Reports mention that this fish is most active when it's raining. The estimated size of this Legendary catfish is rumored to be over nineteen inches long and weighing around six pounds.

This is one of the 13 Legendary Fish required to be caught for the "A Fisher of Fish" Stranger Side Mission quest, which count as Collectibles needed for 100% Completion of the game.
