The Final Frontier

The Final Frontier is a Strangers & Freaks side mission in Grand Theft Auto V given by Omega , involving protagonist Franklin Clinton .

The mission is Unlocked by finding all 50 Spaceship parts.

It's the 2° mission for Omega , after the Far Out mission.

Being a Franklin mission, this Strangers & Freaks mission is required for 100% completion of the game.

The Final Frontier - Mission Details:

Omega presents Franklin with his extraterrestrial invention and rewards him with an Alien Vehicle.

Once Franklin has collected all 50 spaceship pieces, he heads back to Omega in the Grand Senora Desert. Omega has already started building the "spaceship" with the other pieces Franklin has been sending and just needed the last one to complete it.

Omega opens his laboratory to shows what he's built but to Franklin's dismay, it's small. Omega just says that they're way more advanced than us in explanation of the spaceship being on the tiny side.
