Phil appears as a Supporting Character in Grand Theft Auto VI.
Phil appears in an Ammu-Nation commercial in Trailer 2. He seems to be a reimagined version of Phil Cassidy from the 3D Universe GTA games, though with noticeable differences — this character is younger and has both arms, unlike the original Phil Cassidy.
The character of Phil Cassidy also appears in GTA Vice City, GTA 3, GTA Vice City Stories and GTA Liberty City Stories.
