Phil tritt als Nebencharakter in Grand Theft Auto VI auf.
Phil appears in an Ammu-Nation commercial in Trailer 2. He seems to be a reimagined version of Phil Cassidy from the 3D Universe GTA games, though with noticeable differences — this character is younger and has both arms, unlike the original Phil Cassidy.
Die Figur Phil Cassidy erscheint auch in GTA Vice City, GTA 3, GTA Vice City Stories und GTA Liberty City Stories.
