First Encounter:
- Found between Easton and Presidents City, near a drug dealer.
- Awards the player an Infernus.
Marcy asks Huang to perform stunts and speed in her car, as she hasn't got long to live and wants to enjoy it. Huang then drops her off at the Holland Hospital Center, where she reveals the car was stolen and Huang can keep it.
Second Encounter:
- Found at the entrance of the Holland Hospital Center.
Marcy finds out that she has been misdiagnosed, and wants to sue the hospital for all the stress inflicted on her. She asks Huang to drive her to her lawyer's office, where ironically she is run over and killed by a car.
