The design of the Grenade in GTA 6 is based on a real life M61 Grenade.
This weapon cannot be customized.
This weapon also appears in Grand Theft Auto V, Grand Theft Auto IV, GTA San Andreas, GTA Vice City and GTA 3.
The Grenade has been confirmed to appear in GTA 6 as it was seen in the leaked gameplay from September 2022.

Standard fragmentation grenade. Pull pin, throw, then find cover. Ideal for eliminating clustered assailants.
