Grand Theft Auto VI brings players back to the criminal underworld of Vice City and the wider state of Leonida, where numerous gangs, criminal organizations, businesses, and law enforcement agencies operate.

Like previous GTA games, these factions are expected to play a major role throughout the story, influencing missions, territories, rivalries, and the open world.

Could Classic Vice City Gangs Return?

Because GTA 6 returns to Vice City, many fans have wondered whether gangs from the 2002 classic will make a comeback.

Possible returning organizations include:

Vice City Bikers

However, Rockstar has not confirmed the return of any classic Vice City gangs.

It's also worth remembering that Grand Theft Auto VI belongs to the HD Universe, which is separate from the continuity of the original GTA: Vice City. Even if familiar names or organizations appear, they may be modern reimaginings rather than direct continuations.
