The Cavalcade XL can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.
Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Cavalcade XL from the Mechanic.

Can you sell the Cavalcade XL in GTA Online?
Yes, you can sell the Cavalcade XL at Los Santos Customs, however, starting from May 14, 2026, the resale value has now been capped by Rockstar Games at $500,000 (previously, it was possible to sell vehicles for 60% of the purchase value).
Also, note that sale prices now decrease when selling multiple vehicles in the same week: the 2nd vehicle sells for 50% of the sale value, the 3rd vehicle for 10%, the 4th vehicle for 5%, and the 5th vehicle and beyond for only 2.5% of the sale value.
