You must be the CEO of an Organization and own an Office in order to buy a Warehouse via the SecuroServ Special Cargo Network, which can be accessed at the computer on the desk in the Office.
If buying a red brick warehouse in a blue collar neighborhood and filling it with unregistered super cars doesn't count as gentrification, then nothing does. Throw in a flat white served in a chemistry beaker and consider this community regenerated.
Vehicle Warehouses are purchasable through the Office laptop, and they are used for the Vehicle Cargo business, as well as to launch Special Vehicle Work missions. They also include an Underground Garage for storage of 8 Special Vehicles.
