Basketball

Basketball is an Activity that players can perform in GTA 6.

This is an optional endeavor, but it is required for 100% completion of the game. It's not time-sensitive, meaning it can be played at any point, even after the main storyline is completed.

This side activity is also present in GTA San Andreas.

Basketball - Activity Details:

Basketball is available at street courts around the city and allows players to engage in shooting challenges or one-on-one matches. Gameplay may include timed score-based challenges or full pickup games. Some courts may host informal tournaments or NPC rival encounters.

Players can participate in matches and take shots using a skill-based system rather than relying entirely on predetermined animations. Shooting requires players to manually aim and time their shots, making accuracy and timing important when attempting to score.

Playing basketball and successfully making shots can also improve the character's Focus attribute, giving the activity an additional gameplay benefit beyond recreation.

Jason can also practice the minigame at his Leonida Keys Safehouse, which features a basketball hoop.
