Off-Road Races are an Activity in GTA 6.
This is an optional endeavor, but it is required for 100% completion of the game. It's not time-sensitive, meaning it can be played at any point, even after the main storyline is completed.
This side activity is also present in Grand Theft Auto V.

Off-Road Races take place on dirt paths, mountain trails, and other rugged terrain. These races typically feature off-road vehicles like ATVs, dirt bikes, and buggies. They test handling and terrain navigation more than top speed, and are often found in remote or rural areas of the map.
