On this page, you find the full list and guide to all weapons in Grand Theft Auto Advance, including all Guns, Rifles, Explosives, Melee, and every weapon featured in the game for the Game Boy Advance.
There are a total of 13 weapons available in GTA Advance, and they can all be held at the same time, similar to GTA III. The player can cycle through the weapons to get their desired one, which is also possible when inside a vehicle.

Weapons can be found around the city, taken from enemies after they died, and can also be purchased at Ammu-Nation stores.
Fist
If you can't find anything to hit your enemies with, the only option remaining is to smack them with your bare fists. Not very effective, but you'll have to make do!
Baseball Bat
Price: $100
Where to find: used by Gang members
An all-time-favorite weapon to beat people. It deals more damage than fists and knocks people down.
Katana
Price: $5,000
Where to find: Appears in the mission “Down the River”
The ultimate weapon for the special ninja feeling. Really effective to separate the head and trunk of your enemies. You can kill different people at the same time. You can hit and walk at the same time.
Pistol
Based on: Glock-17
Price: $250
Where to find: Appears at every hideout after collecting 10 hidden packages.
The basic firearm, 17 bullets in one magazine. Every cop has one in their pocket. The protagonist dual wields two pistols at the same time.
Shotgun
Based on: Remington 870
Price: $1,000
Extremely powerful, can take down almost any foe in a single hit, and most vehicles can't withstand more than a couple of blasts.
Uzi / Micro SMG
Based on: Micro Uzi
Price: $800
Where to find: Appears at every hideout after collecting 20 hidden packages.
An automatic weapon with a high fire speed. Good standard weapon. Handy in every situation.
Assault Rifle
Based on: AK-47
Price: $3,000
Where to find: Appears at every hideout after collecting 70 hidden packages.
Military assault rifle, more powerful and with a larger reach width than the Uzi. Magazine with 30 bullets.
Flamethrower
Price: $5,000
Where to find: Appears at every hideout after extinguishing 20 fires on each island in the Firefighter mission.
The dream of every pyromaniac. With this weapon, you can change the environment in a fire sea in no time. Perfect against large groups of people in short distances.
Molotov Cocktails
Price: $2,000
Great for clearing large areas of people or vehicles. Throw it down and watch the world burn - fun!
Grenades
Price: $3,000
Where to find: Appears at every hideout after collecting 50 Hidden Packages.
Make sure you don't throw these too close to yourself, you don't want to lose a limb! Great for destroying vehicles or clearing out large waves of enemies
Rocket Launcher
Price: $10,000
Unlocked After: Bad Pimpin’
The Rocket Launcher acts a little differently; the first button press induces a sort of zoom feature where the camera moves in the direction you're aiming. To confirm your shot simply press it again. If you change your mind about firing simply move and the view will reset to center on you once more.
Minigun
Price: $15,000
The Minigun is a must-have in any arsenal. It boasts a 500-round magazine and an incredibly high rate of fire, making it an extremely powerful weapon with impressive range. The magazine reloads automatically, so you never have to stop and reload manually. However, firing while walking is not possible.
Car Bomb / Detonator
Price: $500
Where to find: 8 Ball Bomb Shops (one in Portland Beach, one in Torrington, Staunton Island, and one in Wichita Gardens, Shoreside Vale)
Blast your enemies to smithereens with this car bomb. Rig your car, run the heck away, and use the remote control to blow up the car!
