How to get the Proximity Mine in GTA 5 Story Mode:
In the Story Mode of GTA V, the Proximity Mine can be purchased from Ammu-Nation for a price of $1,000.
It becomes available after completing the mission Friends Reunited in Story Mode.

The Proximity Mine can be purchased in GTA Online from Ammu-Nation and Gun Van (Rotating Stock) for a price of $1,000.
