The Weeny Issi (Arena) is an armored weaponized Compacts Car featured in GTA Online on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, PS4 and Xbox One, added to the game as part of the 1.46 Arena War update on December 11, 2018.

The Issi (Arena) is a variant of the standard Issi Classic base model.

It's equipped with a Rocket Boost, that can be used for very quick acceleration and as a rechargeable speed boost.

How to get the Issi (Arena) in GTA Online:

The Issi (Arena) is a Custom Vehicle, which can be obtained by first buying the standard for $360,000, and then converting it to this custom variant in the Arena Workshop for an extra cost of $1,089,000.

The Issi (Arena) can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Arena Workshop.

Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Issi (Arena) from the Mechanic. However, the Issi (Arena) cannot be used in standard races.

The Issi (Arena) comes in three different custom variants: Apocalypse, Future Shock, or Nightmare.

The design of the Weeny Issi (Arena) is based on a real life Custom 1964 Mini Cooper S, aka "The Mini".

The actual top speed of the Issi (Arena) in GTA V is 124.25 mph (199.96 km/h) when it's fully upgraded, as it's been accurately tested in-game by Broughy1322.

The Issi (Arena) is an armored vehicle, and with full Armor it requires 4 Homing Missiles to be destroyed.

Can you sell the Issi (Arena) in GTA Online?

Yes, you can sell the Issi (Arena) at Arena Workshop, however, starting from May 14, 2026, the resale value has now been capped by Rockstar Games at $500,000 (previously, it was possible to sell vehicles for 60% of the purchase value).

Also, note that sale prices now decrease when selling multiple vehicles in the same week: the 2nd vehicle sells for 50% of the sale value, the 3rd vehicle for 10%, the 4th vehicle for 5%, and the 5th vehicle and beyond for only 2.5% of the sale value.
