The Akuma can be purchased in GTA Online from Southern S.A. Super Autos for a price of $9,000.

The Akuma can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.

Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Akuma from the Mechanic.

Yes, you can sell the Akuma at Los Santos Customs for a resale price of $5,400 (60% of the original purchase), plus 10% of the value of your upgrades.

However, note that sale prices now decrease when selling multiple vehicles in the same week: the 2nd vehicle sells for 50% of the sale value, the 3rd vehicle for 10%, the 4th vehicle for 5%, and the 5th vehicle and beyond for only 2.5% of the sale value.
