Tommy: Random Encounter

First Encounter:

Found on a sidewalk in South Bohan.

Tommy acts as a paranoid citizen, requiring a gun for self defense. Because of his court restrictions, he cannot buy one, so Huang must hijack a gun for him from an Ammu-Nation truck roaming around the city.

Second Encounter:

Found in Norther Gardens, close to the apartment complex.

Tommy is annoyed that the guns brought by Huang are not working. After finding out that he needs to unlock the safety catch, he goes on a killing rampage. Huang must then escape the cops, and can choose to kill Tommy.
