Wilhelm

Wilhelm appears as a Random Character in GTA Chinatown Wars.

Willhelm is a greedy investor, taking advantage of the city's economic state, buying real estate for low prices. After losing all of his assets, blinded by his greed, he takes his own life.

Wilhelm: Random Encounter

First Encounter:

Only available during the night, after completing the mission Carpe 'Dime'
Found near Steinway Beer Garden, in Steinway.

Wilhelm asks the player to drive him as quickly as possible to an auction happening in the City Hall. The player must get to the destination in under 5 minutes.

Second Encounter:

Found in front of his house in Meadow Hills.

Once again, Wilhelm asks the player to drive him as quickly as possible to an auction happening in the City Hall. The player must get to the destination in under 5 minutes.

Third encounter

Found on Dukes Bay Bridge, north of Dukes.
Awards the player with a mansion.

Wilhelm explains that the banks have foreclosed on all of his purchased property, making him lose everything. Additionally, he has lost the keys to his house, his only remaining asset. Huang tries to help him, saying that there is more to life than money, but Wilhelm jumps off the bridge, taking his own life. Huang finds the keys on the pavement and picks them up, inheriting the house.
