Federico appears as a Minor Character in GTA Advance.
Federico, also known as "Freddy" and "Fido," operates in the Trenton district of Portland. He deals in drugs and finds himself in direct competition with the Mafia, presumably the Leone Crime Family.
Federico's ambitions and operations are cut short when he is assassinated by Mike on orders from Vinnie. His role in the game is minor but serves as a stepping stone for other characters' criminal endeavors.
