Freddy

Freddy is an associate of Jonnie known for using marked playing cards to deceive people. In the mission "Show the Money", he promises to give Mike $10,000 but initially hands over only $1,000.

If the player chooses to wait for the rest, Freddy returns with a gang of thugs to attack Mike and take the money back. To proceed in the mission, Mike must kill Freddy, who ultimately provides only half of the initially promised amount.
