As seen in the Extended Look that premiered on Netflix, the property appears to belong to one of the two protagonists: Lucia Caminos.

The trailer shows Lucia and Jason living in this house and performing everyday activities, such as opening the refrigerator to get a drink, watching TV, turning the lights on and off, and resting on the bed.

Safehouse Features:

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and outdoor balcony.

The apartment complex is based on a real-life complex that was formerly located at 419 NE 4th Avenue in Miami, before being demolished sometime around 2023. The original complex no longer exists in real life.
