In Red Dead Redemption 2 (Story Mode) you can quickly travel between towns using the Railroad.

Trains are the most convenient way to travel between long distances. Tickets can be purchased from any Post Office / Station, and you will automatically reach the destination.

Trains are not only used to get around: they can also be hijacked and robbed for your personal gain. And unlike other Red Dead games, trains can also be driven. While driving the train, you can ring the bell, use the whistle, accelerate, brake and reverse.
