The RUNE Kosatka (Submarine HQ) is an armored weaponized Boat featured in GTA Online on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, added to the game as part of the update on December 15, 2020.

It comes with Stealth Mode, which makes the vehicle become hidden from the minimap and allows the entire crew to navigate without being spotted by enemy radars.

How to get the Kosatka (Submarine HQ) in GTA Online:

The Kosatka (Submarine HQ) can be purchased in GTA Online from Warstock Cache & Carry for a price of $2,200,000.

How the Kosatka works

The Kosatka in GTA Online is a very large, versatile, and heavily armed Submarine HQ. It's driveable, and it's the base of operations for planning The Cayo Perico Heist as VIP, CEO or MC President.

You can pilot this Submarine manually or, similarly to the Galaxy Super Yacht, you can fast-travel with the Kosatka Submarine to a choice of 12 Locations for a cost of $10,000 (becomes $2,000 after completing the Cayo Perico Heist).

You can also request the Kosaka nearby via the Services section of the Interaction Menu. While underwater, the Kosatka will only appear on enemy radars or maps if they are nearby and have sonar active.

Kosatka Submarine Price & Upgrades Cost

The Submarine has a base cost of $2,200,000. It can be upgraded with optional add-ons such as a Guided Missiles, a Sonar Station, and a Weapon Workshop and can also be customized with a choice of interiors.

The Kosatka also comes with a Moon Pool where players can store the new Sparrow, Kraken Avisa, and Pegassi Toreador vehicles.

The maximum cost of the Submarine including all upgrades and customizations can reach over 9 million.

The Kosatka also comes with a Daily Fee of $150 for Staff & Utility Charges.

RUNE Kosatka (Submarine HQ) in Real Life:
