This vehicle also appears in GTA San Andreas.

How to get the Cargo Plane in GTA 5 Story Mode:

The Cargo Plane cannot be acquired as it's a mission-only vehicle, only appearing as part of a GTA V story mission.

It's the largest vehicle in the game and in the entire GTA Series. It only appears during the mission "Minor Turbulence", and the stranger mission "Liquidity Risk".

The design of the Cargo Plane is based on a real life Antonov An-124 Ruslan, Boeing B-52 Stratofortress , Antonov An-225 Mriya.
