The Bureau Raid (Roof Entry)

The Bureau Raid (Roof Entry) is a main story mission in Grand Theft Auto V given by Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) , involving protagonist Michael De Santa and Franklin Clinton .

It's the 58° GTA V mission in chronological order, and it takes place in Los Santos.

This mission is the Heist Finale for one of the possible approaches that can be chosen for this heist.

Michael and Franklin parachute onto the FIB headquarters to infiltrate their network and perform a data theft.

Gold Medal Objectives (100%)

The following are the Mission Objectives required to obtain the Gold Medal in the mission "The Bureau Raid (Roof Entry)":

No Innocents: Don't kill any innocent civilians.
- Only shoot attacking agents.
Headshots: Kill 20 enemies with a headshot.
- Use Michael's ability for better accuracy.
Accuracy: Finish with a shooting accuracy of at least 70%.
- Use Michael's ability for better accuracy.
Perfect Drop: Land perfectly on the main section of the roof.
- Have Michael land freely and have him parachute when close to the FIB building.
Hacker: Hack the system within 45 seconds.
- Quickly follow the hacker's instructions.
Time: Complete within 19:00.
- Pick an experienced driver.
- Skip the cutscenes.

Note: You can complete each Gold Medal requirement in multiple playthroughs of the mission. You don't need to obtain them all in one single playthrough.

The Bureau Raid (Roof Entry) - Mission Details:

Michael meets Lester at Darnell Bros. Lester wants to set fire to the place as he feels they'll need a new place of operation after the FIB raid. Michael and Lester douse the place with gasoline while discussing the upcoming job. Franklin joins them and he and Michael leave and head towards the NOOSE headquarters near Palomino Freeway.

On the driver over, Michael and Franklin go through the final plans. They're taking a helicopter up to altitude, jumping out and climbing into the building through the Bureau skylight. They then will hack the computer system.

Once at the NOOSE headquarters, the pair wait till nightfall and get into the helicopter with the pilot and the chosen gunman. Michael drives the helicopter towards the jump zone. Once there, the pilot takes over and Michael, Franklin and the gunman parachute towards the FIB building.

They land on the roof of the building and access it by cutting out one of the glass panes in the roofs skylight. Michael jumps down into the building and heads towards the server room. The door is sealed so Michael blows it open, tripping the building's alarm.

Michael must now hack the server terminal, on the guidance of a hacker through a radio. Depending on the hacker chosen will be how good their instructions are. The instructions they give are:

Connect his cellphone to the computer
Access My Computer
Click External Device (J:)
Open HackConnect.exe
Find the four numbers that match the four given in red
Click BruteForce.exe
Click the red letters in each rotating column to reveal the password
Click Down&Out.exe

Once these are done, the hacker will take over and download some files. While the download is completing, a security team is deployed. Play can now switch between Michael and Franklin as they hold off the agents. The helicopter comes back to pick everyone up but it's taken out by a Buzzard.

The helicopter crashes into the side of the building, leaving the team needing to use their backup plan to escape. Once the download is complete, Michael grabs the cellphone and the group start making their escape. They head down a couple of floors, fending off agents on the way.

On the way, Michael will ask the hacker to turn off the sprinklers that have triggered, due to the helicopter crashing into the side of the building, as they're reducing visibility. It will depend on the hacker if they can turn them off.

Once on the right floor, the group rappels down the side of the building and reach a balcony. The hacker will warn them that a chopper has seen them and is now on their tail. The group shoot the chopper down and carry on rappelling down the building.

They fend off more agents on the ground and head to the pickup location. If an experienced getaway driver is chosen, they'll show up in an ambulance, fooling the cops. If inexperienced, they'll show up in a Burrito and the group will gain a four-star wanted level.

Once all cops are lost, the team all travel to Franklin's house in Vinewood Hills for a debrief with Lester. Lester, Michael and Franklin all have a drink to celebrate before Michael leaves to go square things up with the bureau.

The Roof Entry is the more profitable option. Even though you have to hire three crew members, nobody will die thus meaning no casualty costs. Use Taliana Martinez (5%) as the driver, Daryl Johns (6%) as the gunman and Rickie Lukens (4%) as the hacker.
